LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT & CEO Launching in late 2019, The Fragrance Conservatory is a consumer-focused website sharing credible, contextualized information about fragrance creation, safety, history, and benefits as well as ingredients subject to disclosure under California’s SB 258. fragrances for the general public. The website will launch in late 2019, ahead of the SB 258 implementation on January 1, 2020. Further information will be shared with Fragrance Creators members prior to the launch.
